How many members can Naamly hold?
With the starter version of Naamly you can host up to 200 active members. If your business is operating at a larger scale when it comes to its customer base our Enterprise Solution might be the right platform for you. How many text messages can I send?
There is no limit on the number of messages you can send. However, we encourage our users to exercise moderation with the number of messages they send to their customer base. Remember the main goal of Naamly is improving your customer’s experience. No one likes being spammed.
How do I load my customers into Naamly?
Depending on the package and member management system you use, we could either have your membership data synced up with Naamly OR have you use our ‘mass upload’ functionality that walks you through the process step by step. But don’t fear, our friendly support team is here to help get you all set-up.
What do I use Naamly for?
Naamly gives gym owners and trainers the power to bring the information from resources they are already using in their daily studio sessions (MyZone, InBody, Online Journals, etc.) as well as leveraging that information to create organic communication opportunities with your members including 2-way text messaging and even email and phone calls.
Can I send videos through text message?
Absolutely! We just rolled out a really cool way wherein you can shoot a short video and send it out to your member.
For longer videos and ones that you already have on your own youtube/vimeo library, get the link (ideally shorten it using bit.ly) and insert it into your message.
Do you have any resources I could reference to connect with my members?
Of course! Naamly’s message library is complete with templates as well as expert tips on the best ways to stay connected with your members.
How does pricing work?
We have two distinct packages. Our Starter Version costs $99 plus tax on a monthly basis. We also have a Premier Version that costs $199 plus taxes on a monthly basis.
For RFU friends, we are going to waive off all set-up fees and have you try the software for 30 days, at NO RISK to you! We will also help you through weekly onboard sessions (upto $1,200 value).
