Texting and calling

Two-way texting from your gym's number.

Every text and call sits on the member's timeline, your team answers from one inbox, and the number is registered with the carriers so messages land instead of being filtered.

What you get

Six things it does every day.

Two-way conversations

Members text the gym, your team replies from one inbox, and the thread stays on the member's record for whoever picks it up next.

A number the carriers trust

Your gym is registered under A2P 10DLC during onboarding, with opt-in and opt-out handled. Deliverability stops being a guess.

Calls through the same number

Inbound calls route to the right person for that contact type, and a missed call gets a text back on its own.

Broadcasts to a group

A schedule change to Tuesday's class, a holiday notice to everyone, a nudge to the quiet ones. Pick the group, write once.

Nothing waits unanswered

Unanswered texts stay flagged until a human replies, so a question at 9 pm does not become a cancellation at 9 am.

Texts that trigger follow-up

A text in from a lead moves the sales stage. A reply to a campaign stops the sequence. The record and the conversation agree.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

1Get your number

Keep your existing number where it can be moved, or take a new local one. Registration with the carriers is part of onboarding.

2Text from the record

Open any member, see the whole conversation, reply. Coaches use the same inbox from their phones.

3Let the rules work

Missed calls text back, unanswered threads stay flagged, campaign replies stop the campaign. Compliance runs underneath.

Questions

The ones owners ask.

Can I keep my existing number?

Usually yes; it is registered under your brand. Some numbers cannot be moved, and we assign a local one instead.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?

It is the carriers' registration scheme for business texting in the US. Unregistered numbers are filtered or blocked; registered ones deliver. Naamly registers your gym as part of onboarding.

Do members need an app to text us?

No. They text your number from their normal messages app. The app is optional and adds booking and payments.

Can several staff share the inbox?

Yes. Everyone sees the same threads, replies show who sent them, and an unanswered thread stays flagged until someone answers.

Is there a per-message cost?

Texting is part of the platform and priced per message volume; the current rates are published on the SMS pricing page.
