Billing

Billing that collects, without the chasing.

Recurring memberships, session packs and paid-in-full programs on one schedule, with payment health, renewals and expiring cards in view before they become a problem.

What you get

Six things it does every day.

Memberships that renew themselves

Monthly, annual or custom cycles, with pauses, upgrades and freezes that keep the billing date where you want it.

Session packs and programs

Sell a 10-pack or a 12-week program, draw sessions down as members book, and see what is left on the pass.

Autopay and cards on file

Members pay from a saved card in the portal. Declined payments retry on a schedule and the owner knows the same day.

Payment health at a glance

Collected, scheduled and overdue for the month, with the members behind each number one click away.

Expiring cards, before they fail

A card expiring next month is flagged now, and the member gets a text asking for a new one.

Receipts, tax and refunds

Receipts go out on their own, sales tax applies where it should, and a refund takes a few seconds, not a support ticket.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

1Set up your products once

Memberships, packs and programs with their price, cycle and credits. Existing members import with their billing dates intact.

2Let the schedule run

Charges go out on the right day, declines retry, and expiring cards are chased by text before the next run.

3Work the short list

Each morning the overdue list is small and named. Your team handles the exceptions instead of the whole roster.

Questions

The ones owners ask.

Does Naamly process the payments itself?

Payments run through Naamly's integrated card processing, so a charge, its receipt and the member record stay together. Processing rates are part of the Savings Audit we run with you before you switch.

Can members pay with a saved card?

Yes. Members add a card in the member portal or app and it is used for every charge. They can update it themselves, which is where most of the expiring-card chasing goes away.

What happens when a payment fails?

The charge retries on a schedule, the member gets a text with a link to update the card, and the account shows as overdue until it clears. Nothing is silently skipped.

Can I sell session packs and paid-in-full programs as well as memberships?

Yes. Packs and programs carry credits that draw down as sessions are booked, and the balance shows on the member's record and in their app.

Will my existing billing dates survive the switch?

They do. Members, memberships and their next billing dates import together, so nobody is charged early or twice because of the move.
