Scheduling

A schedule your members book themselves.

Classes, appointments and open gym on one calendar. Recurring sessions, capacity, waitlists and credits handled, so coaches run sessions instead of the spreadsheet.

What you get

Six things it does every day.

Classes, appointments and open gym

Group classes, one-to-one sessions and open-gym blocks live on the same calendar, each with its own capacity and coach.

Recurring sessions

Build a weekly series once. Change one date without touching the rest, or the whole series when the timetable moves.

Capacity and waitlists

A full session takes a waitlist. When a spot opens, the next member is told and moved in without anyone watching the list.

Self-booking in the app

Members book, cancel and rebook from their phone inside your cancellation window, and see the sessions left on their pass.

Check-ins and no-shows

Attendance is taken at the door or on the coach's phone. No-shows and late cancels follow the rules you set, automatically.

Reminders that cut no-shows

A text before the session and a nudge after a missed one. Members who stop coming show up on the Untouched Report before they quit.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

1Build the timetable

Recurring classes and appointment types with coach, room, capacity and the credits each one uses. Existing schedules import as series.

2Members book from their phone

Open spots, waitlists and credit balances are visible in the app, so the front desk stops being the booking system.

3Coaches see their day

Each coach gets their sessions and attendance list. The owner sees capacity, no-shows and who has gone quiet.

Questions

The ones owners ask.

Can members book sessions themselves?

Yes, from the member portal or the app under your gym's name. You decide the booking window, the cancellation window and what a late cancel costs.

How do waitlists work?

When a session is full, members join the waitlist. When someone cancels, the first person on the list is moved in and told by text.

Does it handle one-to-one appointments as well as classes?

Yes. Appointment types with their own length, coach and credits sit on the same calendar as classes and open gym.

What about semi-private training?

A small-group session is a class with a low capacity, so the same booking, waitlist and credit rules apply.

Can I bring my current schedule over?

Recurring series, capacities and coach assignments are rebuilt during onboarding, and future bookings come with them, so members see nothing change.
