Staff accountability

Know what your coaches did today, without asking.

Tasks with owners and due dates, team messaging and groups, and the Untouched Report that shows who on the roster nobody has spoken to.

Tasks with owners and due datesTeam messaging and groupsThe Untouched Report, every morning

What you get

Six things it does every day.

Tasks with an owner and a date

Call about the coaching pack, confirm Tuesday's trial, chase the expired card. Each task has a name on it and shows up until it is done.

Groups and coverage

Members belong to a coach or a group. When a coach is away, the group sees what is theirs and nothing falls between two people.

Team messaging in the same place

Notes and messages about a member sit on that member's record, not in a separate chat app nobody searches.

The Untouched Report

Every morning: who has not been contacted in the days you set. The list is short, named and shared, so it gets worked.

Milestones that prompt a word

A 20th check-in, a birthday, a year with the gym. The coach gets the prompt, the member gets the recognition.

What got done, by whom

Tasks completed, members contacted, replies answered. The owner sees the week without a meeting about it.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

1Give every member an owner

Members map to a coach or a group during setup, so every name on the roster is someone's job.

2Let the system raise the work

Untouched members, expiring cards, missed weeks and milestones become tasks with a name and a date.

3Read the week in a minute

Done, overdue and who did what, per coach. The conversation with the team starts from facts.

Questions

The ones owners ask.

What is the Untouched Report?

A daily list of members nobody has contacted within the number of days you set. It is the single most used screen at the gyms that retain best.

Can tasks be created automatically?

Yes. Campaign steps, expiring cards, missed weeks and milestones can each create a task with an owner and a due date.

Do coaches need the full system?

No. A coach sees their members, their tasks and the inbox from their phone. Billing and reports stay with the owner.

Does it replace our team chat?

For anything about a member, yes: the note sits on the record where the next person finds it. General team chat can stay where it is.

Can I see what each coach did this week?

Yes. Tasks completed, members contacted and threads answered, per person, for any period.
