Member portal and app
Your gym's app, in your members' pockets.
Members book sessions, pay, update their card and see what is left on their pass, from an app and a portal that carry your gym's name, not ours.
What you get
Six things it does every day.
Your name on the app
Members download an app that carries your gym's name and look, on iOS and Android. Naamly stays in the background.
Booking and cancelling
Open sessions, waitlists and their own schedule. Booking windows and late-cancel rules are the ones you set.
Payments and cards
Members add or replace a card, pay an outstanding balance and see their receipts, which is where most expiring-card chasing goes away.
Credits and passes in view
Sessions left on a pack, the next billing date, the membership they are on. The questions that used to reach the desk, answered on the screen.
Reminders and messages
Session reminders and gym messages arrive in the app and by text, and a reply goes straight to your inbox.
Their own details
Phone, email, emergency contact and waivers kept current by the member, so the record is right when you need it.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs.
The portal is part of every account. The app under your gym's name is set up during onboarding with your logo and colours.
An invite by text gets them in. Existing members see their memberships, passes and bookings from day one.
Bookings, card updates and balance questions move to the app. Your team spends the time on the members in the room.

What changed for them.
“Naamly helps our team to stay on top of members, engage with them, and it shows up in a higher usage of our facility, retention, referrals and ultimately our revenue.”
Questions
The ones owners ask.
Is the app really under our gym's name?
Yes. Your name, logo and colours on iOS and Android. Members search for your gym, not for Naamly.
Can members pay through the app?
Yes. They add a card, pay an outstanding balance and see receipts. Memberships still bill on their schedule from the saved card.
Can members cancel bookings themselves?
Within the window you set. A late cancel follows your rules, and a cancelled spot goes to the waitlist automatically.
Do members have to use the app?
No. Everything also works in the web portal and by text. The app is the convenient path, not a requirement.
What do members see about their membership?
The plan they are on, the next billing date, sessions left on a pass and their booking history, so they rarely need to ask.
The rest of the platform
Connected to everything else.
